Emirates to receive its final three Airbus A380s in November

Emirates will welcome their last three A380s this November, bringing forward the delivery timeline from June 2022. The UAE-based carrier is the largest operator of A380 and intends to fly the superjumbos for two more decades.

While many other airlines are retiring some or even all of their A380s after the pandemic, Emirates will still fly the type. These final deliveries will sadly end the A380 program. But, Airbus will still produce efficient twin jets, which Emirates will also welcome in the years to come. With the final A380s delivered, Emirates will have 118 Superjumbo in its fleet.

Tim Clark, President of Emirates, stated about the agreement to welcome the final A380s. He also talked about Emirates remaining the largest operator and will fly the type for two more decades. Clark ensured that the A380s would provide luxurious travel with an onboard bar, shower, and first-class suites.

Airbus A380 has a very wide fuselage, which can be installed with more modern seats. More space will also be available for travelers, more legroom, and better armrests. A380s are fitted with the most luxurious interior due to this reason

Emirates plans to resume flights to various destinations with its superjumbos. Flights to Amman, Cairo, Dusseldorf, Frankfurt, Guangzhou, London Heathrow, Los Angles, Manchester, Moscow, Munich, Vienna, Paris, Toronto, Washington DC, and Zurich are currently being operated by the Airbus A380s.
